There is nothing in it that you can buy ready-made in a hardware store. We offer a classic bathroom with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. It is a perfect place to relax for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor GSM coverage will help.

We invite you to a new year-round cottage by the lake. The cottage is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. The cottage is located on the lake with direct access to the beach. Water bikes, boats and bicycles are available. A large gazebo with a barbecue kitchen and a smokehouse by the lake. There is a sauna and a banya on site, as well as a rental of tourist bicycles and quads. We accept payment by tourist vouchers

There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

Expansive windows in the living room and a spacious terrace offer unique views, regardless of the time of day or season (the cottages feature a living room fireplace and central heating).

The house has been maintained in a rural atmosphere and is equipped with working tiled stoves, which gives it a specific atmosphere and the possibility of cooking on a real wood-burning stove. For those who prefer more comfort, there is also a gas stove. On the square there are remains of farm buildings and a place for a bonfire.
