Our modern, atmospheric home is the perfect space for relaxation, a weekend getaway, a romantic stay or a family holiday. The 80m² house is located on a large, fenced plot. The interior has been designed to combine comfort with a unique atmosphere. A spacious large living room, open mezzanine, wooden stairs and brick wall give the interior a loft character. For rent is an 8-person cottage located in the picturesque village of Ochotnica Dolna. Next to the house there is a spacious gazebo with a large barbecue. Quiet neighborhood. Accessible by car, steep asphalt road (approx. 1.7 km). The road has an average gradient of 16%. In some places, steep driveways max. 39%. In winter, there is no access by car. You can reach the cottage only on foot or by off-road car after prior arrangement. Heating with a tiled stove and a fireplace.

I have a cozy wooden cottage to offer. The advantage of the cottage is the space, stone terrace and a place to have a bonfire and barbecue. This unique cottage in the countryside has a unique atmosphere and is decorated with love, you can feel at home. Downstairs, there is a small living room with a comfortable sofa where you can chill, read, watch TV (library available). In the living room, there is a wooden chest with a yoga mat, belts, blocks and blankets.
