Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo, Joniec municipality, 2 cosy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which is very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or other people's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. However, during the holiday season, we prefer longer stays. You can use our jacuzzi and sauna – these are options that are subject to an additional fee. West Guest House

West Guest House is located in a quiet are of the Kampinos Forest, in Klaudyn town, 12 km from the center of Warsaw ( about 20 minutes by car). We offers you 165 m2 fully equipped house, well furnished and comfortable four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, garage for two car and parking places outside. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a terrace. There is also a small playground - the best place for your children. The garden includes a mini spa sauna and jacuzzi - paid option.

Welcome to a charming, year-round cottage located on a beautiful slope overlooking the Vistula River. The cottage is only 30 meters from the river. The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. Guests can use the barbecue, fireplace and pier (from March to November). The place is perfect for relaxing and remote work away from the hustle and bustle. Fireplace out of use.

Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)! A beautiful cottage built at the main entrance to the Kampinos National Park, surrounded by dunes, forests, meadows and backwaters. From the cottage you can hear the beautiful singing of birds and the sounds of wild animals. There are no neighbors around the farm. Access via an asphalt road, a beautiful garden with places to rest and recreation is also illuminated at night. The cottage is part of a small farm with organically grown strawberries. We are happy to offer them in the season.

Take a break and relax in this oasis of peace. Rent a cottage in the Mazovian countryside near the Wkra River. It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.
