The apartment has two rooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed, the other with a large fold-out sofa (150 x 200 when unfolded), a separate kitchen (stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, plates, pots, glasses, wine glasses) and a bathroom. We offer FREE OF CHARGE!!! year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, garden sauna available without limit from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our cottage is completely ecological, because we care about the environment as much as we do about our guests:) Children stay for free, max. 6 people, including children! In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
