honestly i was quite afraid before I came to the house I thought it will be very hard to reach adress and set up everything. i was so wrong... place is absolutely amazing. road to the house isnt bad at all I was expecting something worse but actually road is in very good condition. house is placed in very beatiful area on the top of the hill with amazing view. taking hot bath outside house is worth any money! nights with fire place just love it! once everything is set and ready to use living there is a very unique and nice experience. summer time must be amazing there! hope I will come back in summer

Een prachtig verblijf gehad in Stryn! Deze accommodatie is een absolute aanrader en vlakbij hele mooie plekken van Noorwegen! De host reageert ook snel en is zeer vriendelijk!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und vor allem entspannenden Aufenthalt in der Hütte von Oddvar und Yngvil. Es steht alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Der Jacuzzi, die Sauna und der Pizzaofen sind wirklich toll. Oddvar und Yngvil waren total nett und haben hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, der Gletscher ist vom Campingplatz aus gut erreichbar und die Gegend ist wunderschön! Berthe und Staffan waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnten uns einige hilfreiche Tipps für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung geben.

C'était notre première expérience de camping et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Berthe dégage une énergie positive incroyable et elle est très joviale, c'était très sympa de discuter avec elle. Concernant le logement, la cabane correspondait exactement à la description et les parties communes sont très propres et biens entretenues. Nous avons été ravi d'y séjourner et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion.

A hidden gem with the most welcoming and kindest of hosts in a most breathtaking location. Every day spent in the cabin and surrounding mountains filled me with a sense of wonder. Berthe Marie and Staffan made me feel spoiled in the best kind of way, peaceful, and rejuvenated. The hosts really go above and beyond to make sure you have a trip of a lifetime, while also being super respectful people. It's absolutely lovely. While you are there, make sure to taste their plums and jam, it's SO delicious! Highly recommend.

Veldig fin sted og fin utsikt ved hytta. Var pent og ryddig i hytta og det er lett å kommunisere med verten.

Bethe Marie and Staffan were super hosts during our stay at one of their cabins. They take maximum effort in making sure that you have a great time in Stardalen. Lot’s of great hikes in the neighbourhood. We had rainy days, but it didn’t spoil our time. On the contrary, it made valley only more majestic. Couldn’t light the barbecue though, so that means we have to come back. 😁

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Rune und Beate waren immer gut erreichbar und haben uns nützliche Tipps gegeben. Leider konnten wir wegen den schlechten Wetters nicht alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten nutzen aber vieles wäre möglich gewesen (Boot, Kajaks, Fahrrad). Der offene Kamin war sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What a glorious place to stay! Annemieke was so welcoming, the house easy to find, the check in (and out) flexible and easy, the view absolutely STUNNING, and the surrounds peaceful and relaxing. It’s a short drive from town, but a pleasant one. The beds are comfortable (softer than other places in Europe, which I always struggle with), bedroom blinds block a reasonable amount of light (I wore a sleeping mask but our little one who usually has pitch black was fine), bathroom and kitchen clever design and functional (basic pantry items but no microwave, toaster or freezer, which would have been great but no room for these), and the whole space spotlessly clean and well-kempt. It is (as the name suggests) a mini hut so not a lot of space, but we stayed with our 3 year old daughter and we were perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Our little one loved the visits from Lex and Fox (their cats), who were gorgeous! We felt so welcome and relaxed and look forward to returning. Thank you!

‏This is place is a heaven on the earth. By far the best airbnb I have ever Stayed in. ‏The host was exceptional meet, greet and gave brief about everything. ‏The home is satiated on the lake, got all what you need. The kichen is fully equipped. The bathroom got underfloor heating. The living room has an amzing view of the mountains and the lake. ‏We loved grilling outside peaceful and wonderful views.

Fantastisk Rolig og fint sted. Litt vanskelig å finne frem med eksakt adresse med Google Maps. Men veldig mange er kjent med hytta i området, så det ordnet seg tilslutt. Hyggelig vert😊

This place is amazing! A hidden gem in the middle of a beautiful valley. The cabin and all shared spaces were extremely clean and tidy, with all facilities needed. Berthe Marie and Staffan were very friendly. There is a waterfall only a few meters from the cabin and great hikes to the glaciar park. We were planning to hike other trails, but Berthe mentioned the trails close to the camping had great views and they are indeed stunning! A beautiful surprise :) Highly recommended!

El alojamiento muy bonito y limpio, tenía todo lo necesario. El baño está en una cabaña a parte pero no fue problema. Ambas estancias con calefacción y agua caliente. Gracias!
