Spend the day picking sea glass from one of our beautiful beaches just a few minutes drive away. Go for a stroll, cycle or snowmobile on confederation trail which can be accessible less than a minute away. There are many historical lighthouses and museums, wineries, boat tours, deep sea fishing, clam digging, golf courses, restaurants and shopping all within a 30 minutes.

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
