Whether you're in town for the nearby racetrack or some time away with family and friends, this is the place to be!

There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
