We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Guesthouse at Stone Water Rill

Custom built one bedroom guesthouse designed to capture gorgeous views across expansive gardens designed by Paul Bangay. We want our guests to feel that they have escaped to a welcoming sort of luxury surrounded by beauty inside and out. We’ve worked with local interior designer, Lisa Post, and have aimed to to showcase this beautiful region with local touches. We hope that you love it as much as we do!

FarmStay Oakhurst Cottage Deepwater

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.
