The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Linthal train station and a 13-minute walk from Braunwald train station. There is free parking next to the house. The Falera valley station is within walking distance or can be reached by shuttle bus. A chairlift leads directly to the ski area of Flims-Laax-Falera. You can drive back to the house up to 50 m if there is enough snow. There is a Volg, several restaurants, an observatory, a ski school and one of the oldest chapels in Switzerland.
