Located in an old flour mill, Studio Silhem has an excellent quiet location, just south of Limoges, close to the A20 motorway through central France and walk-able to the train station in St Germain les Belles. Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160x200) and 1 bed 140x190, fully equipped kitchen, play area, office. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking, no pets allowed. Cleaning by you (cleaning package €70 on request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

Warm house surrounded by century-old trees. Fully renovated two-story house. Downstairs living room with fireplace (insert), dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is an open bedroom with two single beds (see photo) and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, dishes) in the neighboring farm.

This authentic Limousin residence, built around an old bread oven, was a real favorite for us and we are sure that its beautiful stones, chestnut woodwork and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside will not fail to seduce you.
