In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. Popular beaches Svanemøllen and Nordhavn beach are within 10 minutes' drive. From July 6 to August 3, the house is rented out 1 week at a time, from Saturday to Saturday.

The kitchen-living room is the heart of the house where socializing is paramount. The garden can be completely closed off so you don't have to worry about the kids running down to the road. There is plenty of room for both ball games and running, as well as a trampoline and a sandbox. In addition, we have two places to sit outside and enjoy your food or coffee, one of which is covered.

Only 8 km from beautiful Copenhagen, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the marsh, which is surrounded by greenery and offers lovely walks and runs. Throughout the summer, there is sun from morning to evening on the 30 m2 wooden terrace. We have decorated the house functionally and personally and love living here. There is a greenhouse of 10 m2 you can sit and relax in. We have a garage with a charger for an electric car (type 2 plug) and at least two bicycles. Welcome.

Toilet with bath, dining table, kitchen, etc. A lovely garden with plenty of play areas for children. Our children also use the garden, as the annexe is located in our garden. Option to charge an electric car, for a fee. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven. There is a microwave, a coffee machine, a panini machine and all the tableware.

Wonderful terrace house North of Copenhagen

Dear guests, The house is perfect for guests/families who want to live in a silent and safe neighborhood close to Copenhagen with all normal amenities and a trampoline for the kids. The house comes with our little, lovely cat Maggie. She doesn’t require much attention, she is an outdoor cat and goes in and out through a cat flap as she feels like. All needed is to make sure that she has food and water.
