Boat is included – bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be washed before departure. Private bed linen will be brought.

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Experience serene surroundings in this house on the clearing in the woods. In the house it is low under the roof and most people have to bend a bit to walk through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern villages, 30 min to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets reply to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

The cabin contains three bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom, hallway and storage room, as well as a loft. About 5 min walk to cozy beach with free boat and canoe. Great hiking opportunities summer as well as winter. Great area for fishing opportunities, cycling and many nice hiking areas. It is about 50 minutes to Risør and Kragerø.

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house is built about 1950 by local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We've tried to keep it a little retro in the house. At the same time, we're constantly making new upgrades. The electricity system in the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house ourselves as a holiday home. The house is open and peaceful. There are nice places to swim right nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Ta deg en pause og slapp av i hytta som ligger i skogen i nærheten av elv. Lytt til fuglekvitter eller nyt et forfriskende bad i elva. Selv om hytta ligger fredelig til i skogen, så er det kort vei til nydelige Sørlandsperler. Hytta er uten strøm og vann, men den har utedo. Solcelle gir strøm til belysning og lading av mobiler. Ellers er det gasskomfyr og gasskjøleskap. Vei helt frem til hytta og parkering på tomten. To soverom med dobbelseng på hvert rom. Bad med utslagsvask og pumpe dusj.

Det er tilgang til brygge med badestige. Huset ligger 25 min fra Kragerø sentrum. Det er bilvei til døra, strøm, innlagt vann, wifi og gratis ved, gratis lån av båt og fiske med stang etter avtale. Vi selger honning fra egen bigård. Her er det mye flott natur og ro. Velkommen til gards👩‍🌾

Egdehall

Egdehall er en nydelig plass som passer perfekt for store grupper. Storkjøkken, spisesal, storstue, Baderom på gangen, 18 soverom og 35 senger. 400 meter til Gjerstad togstasjon (Sørlandsbanen) 2, 5 timer med bil fra Oslo og 1,5 time fra Kristiansand. Det er ikke dusj/bad på rommene, men på gangen. Standard er god.
