Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

Sørlandshus in Gjerstad near swimming and fishing waters

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Egdehall er en nydelig plass som passer perfekt for store grupper. Storkjøkken, spisesal, storstue, baderom på gangen, 18 soverom og 35 senger. 400 meter til Gjerstad togstasjon (Sørlandsbanen) 2, 5 timer med bil fra Oslo og 1,5 time fra Kristiansand. Det er ikke dusj/bad på rommene, men på gangen. Standard er god. Underholdning utendørs Perfekte ting for sommerturer, for eksempel spiseplass ute, grillområde og utendørs sitteplasser. Innsjekking uten vert Sjekk inn selv med nøkkelboksen.

Ta deg en pause og slapp av i hytta som ligger i skogen i nærheten av elv. Lytt til fuglekvitter eller nyt et forfriskende bad i elva. Selv om hytta ligger fredelig til i skogen, så er det kort vei til nydelige Sørlandsperler. Hytta er uten strøm og vann, men den har utedo. Solcelle gir strøm til belysning og lading av mobiler. Ellers er det gasskomfyr og gasskjøleskap. Vei helt frem til hytta og parkering på tomten. To soverom med dobbelseng på hvert rom. Bad med utslagsvask og pumpe dusj.

Great log cabin where you can really enjoy peace and quiet. Dogs allowed. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and a loft. All amenities are available at the cabin. Fridge with freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and TV. Only 50 m to groomed ski slopes in winter. Many nice walks in the woods and mountains near the cabin. There is a fantastic fishing area at Felle with great trout to catch.
