A barn surrounded by woodland; there is a path down to the jetty, where it is nice to go for a swim, or you can sit by the fire pit in the woods and light an evening fire. A sleeping bag is included in your stay. You have your own bathroom with a shower inside the main house. If you need the kitchen, you are, of course, welcome to use it. In the barn, there is an electric kettle and a water jug. There is an option to use the electric grill on the veranda if you wish to prepare food there. Your four-legged friend is welcome in the barn. Sofa bed in the living room + the bed shown in the pictures.

Take a break and relax in the cabin located in the woods near the river. Listen to birdsong or enjoy a refreshing swim in the river. Although the cabin is peacefully located in the woods, it is a short drive to beautiful Sørlandsperler. The cabin is without electricity and water, but it has an outhouse. Solar panels provide power for lighting and charging of mobile phones. Otherwise, there is a gas stove and a gas refrigerator. Road all the way up to the cabin and parking on the plot. Two bedrooms with double beds in each room. Bathroom with sink and pump shower.

Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Egdehall

Egdehall is a beautiful place that is perfect for large groups. Large kitchen, dining room, large living room, bathroom in the hallway, 18 bedrooms and 35 beds. 400 meters to Gjerstad train station (Sørlandsbanen) 2.5 hours by car from Oslo and 1.5 hours from Kristiansand. There is no shower/bath in the rooms, but there is one in the hallway. The standard is good. Fridge with freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and TV. Only 50 m to groomed ski slopes in winter. Many nice walks in the woods and mountains near the cabin. There is a fantastic fishing area at Felle with great trout to catch.
