Lovely cottage built in 2014. The house is well equipped and set up to make guests feel at home. The house is located in a relatively new neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the living room you have a view of a beautiful meadow, where you are lucky to see everything from buzzards to crown game. Gjerrild Nordstrand is known for the lovely beach. The holiday home has a washing machine. Dryer. It is 900 meters to the sea. Swing. Soccer goal. BBQ. Bring sheets, linens, towels. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Brændeovn og varmluft pumpe, WiFi, 5 sovepladser fordelt på 2 soverum og stuen, 1 dobbeltseng, 1 enkelt seng (box) og en køjeseng, 1 sovesofa i stuen, 3 terasser, heraf en overdækket. Shelter har madrasser, god topmadras, myggenet, lys/strøm. 900 m til fantastisk og børnevenlig badestrand med blåt flag . Store skønne skove og dejlig sti langs vandet/gennem skoven til Bønnerup hvor der er cafeer og frisk fisk.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og stor udsyn. Her er stille og rolig omgivelser med skov og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften ved 🔥bålet. Large family-friendly cottage by a beautiful beach

Well-maintained spacious log cabin from the 1970s with plenty of space and large plot. Large south facing terrace for sun lovers - but also a north facing with some more shade. 700 meters walking distance to nice child-friendly beach with nice sandy wreck/round stone in the water's edge. 500 meters to the zoo and Emmedsbo plantation, a varied forest with good natural content. Good opportunities for coastal angling.
