For guests' use: a fenced plot, a large trampoline, a barbecue, a place for a bonfire, 2 SUP boards, parking spaces The cottage consists of two bedrooms, a living room connected to a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The plot is located on the Great Masurian Lakes trail. The towns of Mikołajki and Ryn are located a few kilometres away.

Restored and traditionally finished, it's the perfect haven for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is divided into two separate self-contained farms and is presented in the listing, with an area of about 120 square meters.
