We had a lovely stay at this cozy flat in Florentin, Tel Aviv! The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Jaffa, Neve Tzedek, and the beach, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It has a welcoming, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and happy to offer local tips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great base in a vibrant part of the city.

Great place with high-quality amenities. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. The location is central, with plenty to do nearby. Our only complaint is that there were noisy renovations in a nearby building, and we would have appreciated an advance notice about it.

השהות שלנו בדירה הייתה פשוט מושלמת! הדירה ברמה גבוהה מאוד – נקייה בצורה יוצאת דופן, מרוהטת ומאובזרת עד הפרט האחרון, ניכר שחשבו כאן על כל מה שצריך בשביל להרגיש בבית (ואפילו יותר!). המיקום פשוט מעולה – נוח, מרכזי ושקט בו-זמנית. מכון הכושר, המתחם המשותף והתחושה הכללית - כמו בניו יורק. ולא פחות חשוב – בעל הדירה היה מקסים, זמין, אדיב ודאג שהכול יתנהל על הצד הטוב ביותר. היה לנו ממש קשה לעזוב... ממליצים בחום ונשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד!

התארחתי בדירה של אריאל ורותי והיה מקסים! הדירה בבניין חדש, מעוצבת יפה, שקטה ומאוד נעימה, עם הרבה ירוק מסביב. הכל היה נקי ומסודר, ומצויד בכל מה שצריך. האזור מהמם וממש כיפי. בנוסף יש המון קווי אוטובוס נוחים ממש ליד הבית. המארחים מקסימים! ממליצה בחום :)

We had a wonderful stay at Noa's apartment for our first few nights before heading to Haifa. Check-in was super smooth, and Noa was an excellent communicator, explaining everything we needed to know clearly. The apartment itself is full of light and life, making us feel right at home. The location is truly perfect – we loved being just across the street from a supermarket, dining options, an ATM, and other nice stores. Bus stops were within easy walking distance, and we also enjoyed finding great coffee places like Cafe Gargar nearby. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to other guests! It's a hidden gem!

The place is spacious, in a central location but also quiet, and has nice big windows from which you can enjoy some air. It's fully furnished and very comfortable to live in.

The location was excellent. The way the host described the apartment's picture was accurate. It is accessible to everyone, including the beach, situated in a peaceful neighborhood, and the apartment itself is commendable. I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing space in an amazing location! They were very flexible with my check in and check out and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Felt like a great deal for the price. The balcony was especially beautiful.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Le logement est moderne est cosi, Avi nous a demandé plusieurs fois si tout allait bien et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose durant le séjour ! L'appartement est très bien equipé et surtout très bien placé a 10 minutes a pieds de la plage ! Nous reviendrons dans ce logement avec grand plaisir !

Besides the beautiful and unusual modern design of the flat and great location, Elena is a generous, kind, and thoughtful host. She provided great pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals. The refrigerator, the lighting, products for bathing...everything is good quality and there for you unlike so many other places. Every day I felt the touch of a host that responds to all questions quickly and wants you to have a great stay in her great city. Viva Tel Aviva!

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the location. Being located inside a hotel was a huge plus since the security as well as services were a big plus. Elad was very much willing to please and truly appreciated our being in Israel during these difficult times. His concern for our happiness was sincere and welcome. I would recommend a stay at this property.

This was my second stay in this apartment. It’s lovely and peaceful and extremely well-located. Quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, Rothschild Boulevard, Tayelet and beaches, Carmel Market, etc. Perfect for someone visiting for a week or two. I’ve stayed there in both summer and winter and it suited me very well. The owner, Moshe, is a nice man, and accommodating.
