Holiday rentals with a patio in Giulianova

Excellent apartment located near the Pescara promenade. The accommodation is clean and communication with Giordano was excellent. Recommended

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

We only stayed one night but we left a piece of our heart, Graziella is a wonderful and sunny person who welcomes every guest as a member of the family. She is attentive to detail and takes great care, the accommodation also reflects all this, a well-kept accommodation, with a beautiful garden in which to spend evenings and afternoons in peace with the world under the huge pepper tree. Also, if you love animals and cats in particular, you can't miss this place full of beautiful cats and kittens to cuddle. Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

My stay at Marco's was fantastic. The apartment is modern and really close to the sea. There were no problems finding it. From the balcony you can see the main square where there were often events. Apart from that, Marco is a very helpful person and gives a lot of tips about Pescara which allowed me to organize my stay well.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.
