Holiday rentals with beach access in Giulianova

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

W or w ! ! ! This place is WONDERFUL, its peace, its energy, the care in every little thing and every little furniture. The rooms are impeccable as cleanliness and decor, the kindness of the owners in really EVERYTHING is priceless. The possibility of a glass of wine or a herbal tea in the Jacuzzi while you see the sun setting between the mountains and the sea, do you really need to talk about something else? And if you need to, I'll add that following the recommendations of the hosts a few kilometers away you will eat very well, or take something and cook it in the rented space... Everything is very nice. Everything is highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

This is already the second time I have used this apartment, which has everything you need to feel at home even for just one night. Very nice people and clean and comfortable apartment!

Lovely place where we stayed with the need to escape the chaos of the city and isolate us for four days in the greenery; a need that was widely met! The weather was not the best but we could still enjoy the very pleasant hydromassage with views of the hills and sea. The host's kindness and availability are values added to the accommodation where nothing is missing (except the bidet😄). If you're in the area again, we'll be back!

Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped. Guido is very helpful and available 24 hours a day. I use Airbnb a lot, and I haven't had a chance to meet a person yet. Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Very good place, I can't think of anything negative. Everything worked well and the apartment had everything. The location in the city is very good, and it is easy to get to the waterfront or train station. Dino was very nice and helpful.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

Giovanni is a great host and always respond in a fast way. The apartment is modern and cozy. The location is also great and very close to the beach. There are also playground downstairs which is great for family with kids. I would like to strongly recommend Giovanni’s apartment to other travelers👍

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!
