Next to the bedroom is a room with settee, table, chairs, toaster and kettle, fridge. there is no tv. the settee converts in a bed for a 3 rd person, it is right in the center of town, with all amenities close by. in Figueres center all parking is paying. but I will send you info on where you can park for free at a reasonable distance. You can come to mine to drop your bags for ease. Room and bathroom newly restaured.

It has a private bathroom for guests and a separate entrance. It also has a small, fully equipped and new kitchen with induction hob and microwave. It has a double bed, two tables and chairs.
