It is a granite house, has a mezzanine with a double bed and sofa/bed, includes a television, terrace and/or a patio and large barbecue area with a grill and oven. Equipped kitchen and toilet. Swimming pool. Excellent location 30 km from Viseu, 50 km from Torre da Serra da Estrela, 9 km from Gouveia, 27 km from the historic village of Linhares da Beira. A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

This 4-bedroom accommodation is set in a rural space, with a privileged view of Serra da Estrela, located next to the entrance of Seia. This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced. We also recommend the region's gastronomy, being able to savor typical products such as Serra da Estrela Cheese and requeijão.

Hey Everybody! We are happy to invite you to stay in our Cozy TinyHouse! Come and enjoy the green and virgin nature of the countryside of Central Portugal. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.
