Nestled in Perth’s Eastern Hills, Forest Views is a peaceful studio retreat for one or two guests. Overlooking the Glen Forrest Superblock, enjoy abundant birdlife, a cozy fireplace, queen bed, full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a high quality Sonos Audi Speaker, and your own private deck. Extras include yoga mat, weights and a basketball hoop. Right at the Heritage Trail, Cafés 15mins walk away. Hosts live 20meters below the studio and respect your privacy. Due to safety and wildlife, no pets or kids.

The West Wing York WA

Idyllic adults only retreat located on 5 acres, nestled under Mt Bakewell, The West Wing offers a tranquil place to stay. This private accommodation has its own living room, bedroom & bathroom. No kitchen but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, milk, butter & homemade bread are also provided. Quality linen & furnishings have been chosen with comfort in mind. There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

We welcome you to our rustic, cosy farm cottage (circa 1894) which has been in our family for six generations. The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

1914 Train Carriage - Tiny Home in Perth Hills

This 1914 WAGR built Guards Van, sits near the old railway line in farm and bushland of Wooroloo, which is now the popular KEP track for walkers and cyclists. Cute and careful rebuild creates this charming tiny home for 1 or 2 travelling light. Wooroloo is 35 minutes central to Northam, York, Toodyay and Midland, and 10 minutes from Lake Leschenaltia. Sits alongside the old post office on a garden and bush acre. In season flowing water trickles by into a winter creek. Modern, and heritage.

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.

Pendle Cottage - part of York Cottages

Pendle is a beautiful two-bedroom self-contained stone cottage. Enjoy the lavender and rose garden out the front or relax in the backyard on the lawn overlooking the alpaca paddock. The backyard at Pendle Cottage is completely enclosed, so it's ideal for your furry friends to visit. Comfortable furnishings lend themselves to our guests enjoying a very relaxing stay.
