Outside, you will find a nice outdoor area with seating, a barbecue, a pizza oven, etc. There are also EV charging stations in the garage for convenient charging. Here, you will find a perfect base for experiencing both the coast and the natural landscape – or simply enjoying peaceful days in the north.

Immediate proximity to the sea, mountains, recreation and amazing nature experiences. Cozy and maritime decorated over 3 floors. Here, as much as possible of the history of the building has been preserved, and it is warm and cozy. The area is great for visiting Svartisen, the island kingdom or the many nearby majestic mountains.

In this peaceful and spacious place, the whole group will be comfortable. 4 bedrooms, private TV room, workplace with a view, dining area both in the kitchen and in the living room. Nice view from most rooms. Spacious terrace and large lawn. The house is newly renovated in its original 50-60s style, with a focus on environment and recycling. The sandy beach and the sea are just nearby. We have wild and beautiful nature around us on all sides, and bright summer nights as well as winter storms can be enjoyed here.

Vi ønsker friluftsinteresserte gjester velkommen til vår flotte hytte i Holmsundfjorden i Gildeskål, 1 times kjøretur sørover fra Bodø. Hytta ligger idyllisk og usjenert til helt nede ved havet. Hytta har naust med en 14 fots båt med 10 HK påhengsmotor. Hytta har også en flott, privat badstutønne helt nede ved vannet, og en utendørs jaccuzzi (denne er ny av juli 2025). Formidable tur- og fiskemuligheter venter deg i Gildeskål, og vi foreslår gjerne toppturer og mindre familieturer for dere.

Beautiful place to bring your family or friends for a cozy holiday in this great place with a large garden and space for a lot of fun. Here you can live in scenic and quiet surroundings. You have a beautiful view down to the sea, with access to several beautiful hiking spots. Down by the lake it is excellent to fish from the rocks while you watch the sunset in the evenings. Possibility of using a charcoal grill if desired.

Er du heldig kan du også oppleve Cruiseskip, Kongeskip og store seilskip, gå forbi. Sandhornøy har et rikt dyreliv og rett utenfor sjøhuset kan du oppleve både elg, rådyr, hare, oter, ørn og rype. På sommeren er Finnvikhaugen det perfekte sted å oppleve midnattsolen og på vinteren kan du oppleve aurora borealis. Det er flotte turstier og mulighet for topptur.

Eiendommen har en helt unik beliggenhet ved sjøen. Huset er fullrenovert i 2023 og alt framstår som nytt. Eiendommen er stor og ligger fritt til med stor terrasse og flotte solforhold, både på dagtid og med kvelds-/ midnattssol. Vinterstid er det flotte forhold for å se nordlyset. I ruskevær kommer du veldig tett på sjø og vind fra "godstolen" i tilbygget, eller du går en frisk tur langs sjøen. Eiendommen ligger med direkte nærhet til fiskeplasser og mange turalternativer.

Her kan du nyte en aktiv ferie med fjellturer, padling, bading eller sykling. Vil du bare slappe av er den store terrassen perfekt for soling og grilling eller å bare koble av med en god bok. Her har du alt du trenger for en komfortabel ferie. Er været dårlig har du panoramautsikt til naturelementene innenfra.

Neverdal is located in Meløy, between Bodø and Mo i Rana. Here you can experience the Svartisen glacier, two national parks, mountains for both winter and summer use and a fantastic archipelago with several inhabited islands. The apartment is located 9 km from the municipal center Ørnes, and it is 11 km to the industrial site Glomfjord. We offer a patio with a fire pit and a large garden to frolic in.
