Nearby there are several attractive sights, such as Svartisen, Corbels canyon in Lacho National Park, Bolga, Rødøy, etc. Search up "visit Meløy", "Meløy adventure", "Bolga Brygge" for info. The cabin is located approximately 200 meters from "Åmnes farm" where you can purchase farm products and hit the animals. Child friendly with nature as a playground. Good hiking areas and fishing opportunities nearby. Here you can enjoy the midnight sun, the sea and mountains.

At Stia you can stay in scenic and tranquil surroundings with views of the fjord and mountains. Here you can enjoy silence under the starry sky and northern lights, or simply have lazy days on the beach "Stia" located just below the cottage. You can also enjoy the hot tub in summer as well as winter. If you want speed and excitement, there are many possibilities: Alpine hiking in Glomfjord, walking on Svartisen, skiing in the Meløy Alps, island hopping along the Helgeland coast and more. Large cabin with lovely views, boat and sauna

We welcome open-air guests to our great cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and undisturbed all the way down by the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 10 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great, private sauna tub all the way down by the water, and an outdoor jacuzzi (this is new from July 2025). Formidable hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top trips and smaller family trips for you.

Bring the whole family for a cosy stay in the main cabin at Cool Cabins, on beautiful Sandhornøy. Here you will find freshly made beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is access to the beach on the property, fishing opportunities, as well as plenty of hiking opportunities and excursions nearby. We recommend a trip to Elias Blix cafe, possibly for the perfect trip up Sandhornet (993 meters). And maybe hosting can offer you guided tours by bike or boat.

Toalettet er innendørs på bad, og av typen bio-toalett. Eget grillområde hvor bålkosen kan nytes i både regn og sol. Ved medbringes eller kan kjøpes av vert for NOK 200 pr 40l sekk OBS! Hytten brukes privat, og vil inneholde personlige eiendeler.

Restored and charming seahouse from 1965. Brightly decorated house of 35 m2, with 2 small bedrooms on the loft. Living room has a dining area and a reading area. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, and bathroom with toilet and shower. Outside area with garden furniture and campfire pan. Yacuzzi can be rented for an extra fee on 600,- for a weekend or 800,- by the week.
