This 1940’s warehouse conversion is conveniently tucked away in the heart of Lower Gibsons. Our stylish Laneway suite has its own charming, private entrance and is the perfect base for exploring the area. Easily accessed by public transit from the mainland, you can skip the ferry lineup! There are many great restaurants and cafes within a short walk or head to the public market and build your own picnic. We are 3 blocks to a nice swimming beach and minutes from kayak, SUP and scooter rentals.

Our property is within walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
