Holiday houses in Gibson Bight, Roatán

The backyard oasis was paradise and we loved our stay here. Walkable to all of the best restaurants in the West End and hosts are extremely responsive if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great with a wonderful views. Clean and comfortable. Very walkable to West End where the dive shops and restaurants are aplenty. Will definitely be top of my list next time I’m in Roatan.

My families stay at Reef16 was an absolute wonderful experience from start to finish! The communication was great on the lead up to our visit (note that you'll be asked to fill out info on a second portal to finalize the booking). Bill connected us with Ramona, the property manager, who greeted us at the unit for check-in and was available to answer any of our questions throughout the trip. She was awesome and a great help! She also connected us with Jaime for airport transport who was super fun and energetic. The place itself was spectacular!! The penthouse is so well designed and everything feels brand new. The kitchen and cupboard are well stocked, the coffee machine is great, and they provide lots of beach towels and helpful mugs to take down to the pool. The views from the wrap around balcony are stunning and so peaceful. The location is tucked away in a private area, but still very close to all the great restaurants and bars on the main street. We loved every part of it!

We had an amazing stay at Deana and Mark's place! It is a very neat, well-appointed and cozy apartment tucked away from the West End beach action, while still only being a 5min walk away. Perfect if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. We also had a snorkeling trip where the boat picked us up right from the house's dock - how fabulous is that?! Deana and Mark were great hosts. They were really friendly and helped with recommendations for a driver service that we ended up using the whole time we were on Roatan. We would return and stay with them again in a heartbeat - thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lara’s place. Lara was quick to answer all questions or concerns. Lenora was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. She is such a sweetheart and by the end felt like a friend. Both ladies go above and beyond to help you enjoy your trip. The house is exactly how it is described and shown in the pics, the wrap around porch is fantastic! The location was so quiet, very private and away from the tourists, but still close enough to West End and West Bay. It is a residential area and we actually loved feeling like part of the community, seeing the locals, walking to Ramirez for groceries (which was very well stocked) the people are just so friendly! The beach is more natural with some grass in the water, but it’s so warm and the reef is very close. We found the best snorkelling was down by the dolphin pen at Anthony’s Key. There is some friendly dogs and cats in the area that just add to the charm of the place. One of the best holidays we have had! ❤️

If you’re looking for a place in the west end area you can’t beat this place. Location is everything and this place is walking distance to everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. Only thing we found lacking was items for left overs. We cooked a few meals and the place didn’t have Tupperware or anything else to use. The cooking utensils are also not the best but are functional. The staff that take care of the rental are all fantastic and the communication is easy. Would highly recommend for a couple.

We loved our stay at Megan's place! We had never been to Roatan before and appreciated the fact that they provided inexpensive transportation to and from the airport as well as a stop at a large grocery store on the way to the cottage. Megan and Omarcito were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to answer our questions and provide suggestions. They responded quickly every time we reached out to them. The cottage was clean, comfortable and we felt safe the entire time we were there. It's a very nice, quiet place to relax after a busy day exploring the island. The cottage is located near Anthony's Key Resort where we could take a short walk down the beach and watch the dolphin shows or just watch the dolphins swimming around. We could also kayak to the dolphin pens to see the dolphins up close. The property grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the private beach area. So beautiful!! The communication was great and so helpful! The no AC was hard at times but lots of fans helped! The view was incredible!! The whole place opens up to the ocean! Would have been nice to have a full length mirror. Minor thing. The windows in the bedrooms was so fun to have that beach view from bed! Such a lovely place! Each night the sunset was so breathtaking!
