Stunning house! I highly recommend it if you're in Tamale and seeking a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. It's an excellent choice for business professionals who prefer working in a tranquil environment, situated in a quiet part of Tamale with upscale residences. The property is conveniently close to the Red Clay Museum, which I strongly recommend visiting. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable, providing a significant relief for my work.

The house is much nicer than I expected with a very spacious and well kept compound. All the utilities and amenities were present and up to standard. Everything had been provided as promised with even a few additions. The host is easily reachable and responsive to all queries. After a long trip it was the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. The place is truly a hidden gem!

Our stay was very nice and the host did an excellent job. The space was clean, spacious, and felt like home. The host was flexible. The location was safe and comfortable. The only downsides were that the dryer wasn't working, so we had to sun dry our clothes, and we weren’t informed at check-in that we needed to turn on the heat to get hot water. Overall, a great stay with just and will highly recommend this home.

De ruimte gaf een huiselijk gevoel. De host reageerde op wat er ontbrak. Via airbnb konden we veilig betalen met AMEX, niet via booking. We kregen extra beddengoed per week. Niet voor de slaapbank. Advies is vanaf het begin extra beddengoed en towels, zodat de gasten na drie dagen kunnen wisselen door te wassen in de wasmachine en droger. Wel eigen wasmiddel meenemen. Tv Netflix werkte prima tot een aantal dagen voor vertrek niet meer. Bij navraag kregen we extra beddengoed en towels. Ik was blij met mijn Blender en snijplank. Ik maakte zelf schoon gedurende mijn verblijf en privacy werd gerespecteerd. Ik kreeg sleutels voor twee volwassenen, dat was fijn. De etage is alleen bereikbaar met kaart. Detty december was 200% duurder in verblijf . De prijs van 2 weken december was de prijs voor 1 maand in laag seizoen bij Capemay website. Dat is overal in de wereld zo in december. Ik raad het aan .De host is top. Security top. Geef wat over is aan de kinderen die buiten slapen a.u.b..

I had a fantastic stay at Joyce’s apartment! As it was my first solo trip in Ghana, she thoughtfully arranged an airport pickup, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with generously sized bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. Joyce went above and beyond by welcoming us with a lovely basket of fruits and snacks, which was a really nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the TV had all the channels, including Netflix, which kept my niece and nephew entertained. She also arranged a delicious traditional breakfast for us the next morning, which we really enjoyed. The apartment is very family-friendly—my 4-year-old nephew and 9-year-old niece loved the outdoor play area. The location is also ideal; our driver took us to Sky Bar, which was less than 20 minutes away, and then to Osu, making it easy to explore the city. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend staying here.

Hands down best bang for your bucks💯 Everything you see on the listing and photos is exactly as is if not better(Serene,Secure,Spacious,Comfortable…etc) Nana(the Host) is an amazing human and very professional just as his property manager(Bright). Due to delayed flights I had to check-in outside the stipulated hours but Nana made it happen. I’ll most definitely recommend any day💯.Make the reservation and thank me later🤝

Kamal’s place is out of this world. It is an ideal setting if you are looking for serenity and peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of Accra. The property is set on a Hill with views to die for day and night. The area felt safe, locals are friendly and helpful. The area is well developed with easy access to/from everywhere. The grounds of the property is very well maintained with lots of outdoor seating areas. The property is beautifully decorated, light and very clean with a well stocked kitchen. I was a traveling solo and Wisdom the caretaker was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to assist throughout my stay. I will most definitely recommend staying at this property and I will be back! Thank you team Kamal.

Jennifer‘s Villa on McCarthy Hill is a excellent stay if you enjoy peace and quit and a gorgeous view of the salt ponds and parts and the city. The entire house is exactly as pictured and we were really really happy there. Beds we’re comfy and clean. The house is literally a Villa, very large rooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms. The caretaker cleans the community areas daily (before we woke up everyday). He also cleaned our room, we simply had to arrange that at our convenience with him. There is lots to do in the area and lots to see like Bortianor beach is a 20min car ride and you can also use the driver with the hosts car for a minimal fee, just let Jenniffer know a day ahead if you need the service. Joseph, the caretaker of the house, is very pleasant and super helpful if you need anything while you are in the house. He even gave our family a quick twi lesson which came in handy the next day when we met new locals LOL Internet worked excellently, Netflix and other channels were readily available which our kids were very excited about. Rooms all have working Ac‘s which our kids enjoyed as well LOL Check-in and Check- out went smoothly and it was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon 🌺❤️

The interior deco is amazing. Would definitely love to return in the new future. You can tell that a lot of effort has gone into constructing and maintaining such a beautiful unique residence in the heart of Kumasi. Peacock mansion is a must see in Kumasi.
