At Home in Madrid, Trendy Neighborhood, Sanitized

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Cozy & comfortable apartment

High-ceilinged apartment next to the Madrid country house. At 150 meters you have the Alto de Extremadura metro station and right next to it there is a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, in addition there is also a night line that leaves from Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, bakery,bank, etc., so you don't lack anything. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The studio, perfect for 2 people, is located in a 19th century Historic building in the same Puerta del Sol. It has a elevator, doorman and a large outdoor balcony. It is located next to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral and just minutes from the three museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen Bornemisza and Mercado de San Miguel. The apartment is in an area restricted to traffic, only for the use of residents, so there is no noise and you can enjoy a pleasant sleep.
