Being a duplex although the staircase is completely safe it is not appropriate for children under 3 years old, An ideal place as a base for skiing in Baqueira, mountain excursions the rest of the year and also an excellent refuge for teleworking or simply resting in a completely quiet and noise-free environment.

The space for rent is the attic of a house in the old town of Arties, right next to the church of Santa Maria. The apartment is accessed through the interior of the house and consists of two floors.
