Our guest house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest near Oberhof and Rennsteig (about 3 km), directly on the idyllic Lütsche reservoir, an approx. 14-hectare swimming lake. Right behind the house at the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully at the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake in front of the front door offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

Diese sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattete Gästewohnung liegt im Zentrum des OT Dietzhausen der Stadt Suhl mit Stellplatz am Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Haseltalradweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Das Freibad ist ca. 300m entfernt. Die Ski- und Wandergebiete im Thüringer Wald (Oberhof mit internationalen Wettkampfstätten, Downhill mit Lift und Schmiedefeld) sind mit dem PKW in 20- 30 min. und auch mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ein reservierter Stellplatz gehört zur Wohnung, weitere Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Auch Hunde sind willkommen. Haven't you always wanted to get to know the foothills of the Thuringian Forest? How about a few carefree days in the countryside? Do as the barons of Witzleben did and move your "home away from home" to the Geratal. In the "Landhaus am Waldesrand" you will find a fantastic accommodation (approx. 100 square meters). It has an open living / dining area, an open comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace and large garden.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Hello, the apartment is located in a place on the north side of the Thuringian Forest. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers and skiers. We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Starting point for activities such as winter sports, hiking or cycling. Mountain bikers can use our new trail park or the downhill track. Erfurt, Weimar or Eisenach are always worth a visit with their sights and can be reached quickly by train or good highway connections.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
