The aparment was perfect in every way that we hoped for. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, ready to use kitchen and so much more. If we ever go back to San Antonio we will definitely book again!

First visit to San Antonio and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is lovely and super walkable. I walked downtown with my 6 year old son, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hosts are very responsive and the room was perfectly clean.

Lina’s place is in the absolute best location in San Antonio. We hardly moved our car out of the parking lot, everything was walkable along the Riverwalk, and the walk is so beautiful! We loved the amenities available at the complex, and enjoyed the pool, gym, and pool table. Lina was extremely proactive in communicating the check-in and check-out process. We hope to be back again soon!

I had a fantastic stay at here! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Riverwalk and close to all the downtown attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. Jung-hen was a kind and thoughtful host, and I truly appreciated the opportunity to stay in his home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Sabrina was so very accommodating! She allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out. We barely used our rental car because we were able to walk to lots of coffee places and restaurants from the condo. Her place is very convenient to river tubing as the exit off of the river is literally across the street. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved our stay!

Amanda's place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Located right next to the river, floating devices are provided.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

This place is amazing, we will definitely be back. It it located right off the river, the pictures are accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are ice chests for usage and plenty of nice outside seating. The inside is immaculate and the outside scenery is beautiful. We woke up to deer in the window. It is secluded and private but not too far away from town, if you would like to venture out. I book tons of air bnbs on my work account and the hosts for this property are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They are responsive and send extremely detailed useful information regarding the property and information that list close restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful time with our family, I can’t wait to go back. Deserves more than 5 stars!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

This was our second time to stay on this unit and it was great both times.

We really loved our unit, 212B. It had a direct view of the water and pool, easy to access and a walkable location to city center.
