Gerard's accommodation is really nicely secluded in the middle of nature. The house is very clean and really well equipped with everything you need - all kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances, dishwashing detergent, spices, etc. Wood for the hot tub and gas for the grill was provided. The house is spread over three levels and the 5 bedrooms are on the second and third floors. Gerard lives next door, yet you have your privacy and help when you need it. We felt very comfortable as a group of 12 (5 adults and 7 children) and also had enough space - thank you very much!

Would love to give 10 stars, incredibly beautiful house with a great host. Nice, took great care of us, was available and gave us information about excursions in the area. House was clean, as described and simply beautiful.

Our time at the accommodation in Alsace (23-27 May) was simply fantastic! As a nature-loving couple, we particularly appreciated the quiet, detached location with fantastic views and the spacious garden. The whirlpool and fireplace were perfect after our hikes. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, even with streaming TV. We completely relaxed and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We were there for a weekend with friends. Indoor everything your heart desires. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached directly from the accommodation. Sufficient space and well-equipped kitchen.

We had a very nice time and we liked the apartment very much. The hot tub is a real highlight. Lydia is a very nice and accommodating host. The area is also great for walks and hikes.

We were 6 people in this beautiful accommodation that has all the assets to spend a pleasant trip as we did! Located next to Lake Gerardmer, very clean, the description is perfect and in addition the owners are friendly. We recommend 100%.

Great cottage with a great view! Comfortable bedding, great amenities (jacuzzi, raclette machines, coffee bean machine, etc.) Only minor drawback (not much) the wood of the sauna still releases sap which can stain towels or clothes. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located in the city centre and close to shops. It's clean and functional. A little extra for the private garage Pascal is very welcoming and responsive, concerned about our well-being (thank you for the little messages). We recommend this rental and will return. R&P

From the reservation to the departure, Nathalie was responsive. Very nice accommodation, well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Nathalie is very flexible for arrival and departure. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week with the children and the grandchildren, 6 adults and 3 children of 7, 3 and 1 years. The children were thrilled with the playground with trampoline and we adults with the wonderful garden where you always found a shady spot. The late breakfast with the wonderful baguette and croissants from the small bakery in the village (just 5 minutes by bike - e-bike recommended) at the large family table in the dining room was always a great start to the day. Communication with the very nice Virginie was super possible despite language barrier via Airbnb. We'll be back ☺️

An absolutely magical stay! We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is surrounded by nature and offers great tranquility and seclusion – it felt like in a completely different world. It was lovingly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need. It was especially nice to wake up in the morning with a view of the countryside and start the day with a walk through the surrounding countryside. Our dog also felt completely comfortable – a real paradise for two and four-legged friends! Thank you for this unforgettable break.

Nice, spacious house, cozy decor and equipped with every comfort. Quietly located on the Moselle and within walking distance of the bakery and supermarket. Very warmly received by Frederique and Paul with a nice cheese! We had a really happy vacation!

Had a nice stay, responded quickly to questions and very comfortable house with good shower and beds! After 4 days, the gas ran out, this was resolved very quickly. Relax by the pool. Kitchen utensils could be of better quality (knives and frying pan), otherwise absolutely everything is present. I went there with a friend for a cycling holiday, this was really perfect for that! Would definitely recommend it!

very nice cottage, spacious, there were 6 of us, as described, Anne Claire is easily reachable. 10 min from gerardmer. I even think that in spring or summer it can be a nice spot too.

Tastefully renovated farm, a rustic and green setting, we had a great weekend with our friends. The 2 small children enjoyed the swings and slide, the dogs were able to play in the garden (there were barriers available to block direct access to the road, but beware, the garden is not fenced at the back). Access to this garden area is by exiting the house, but we have passed a lot of things through the kitchen window, which is very convenient! The village is quiet, beautiful walks nearby. We had access to the family pool at Marie's house, 5-10 min walk. We found everything we needed in the house, which was clean and tidy when we arrived. Thank you for hosting us!

nice accommodation, small shower, beautiful location, unfortunately there were many wasps by the pool, so swimming could not be completely relaxing, but glad that the pool was present. Because Frédéric was not present all the time, I had to communicate with his dear wife but she spoke little English and I did not speak French so that was a bit difficult and unfortunate as she is a very nice Host. In short, a good stay in a beautiful environment!

The place was great! The kitchen is quite new and optimally equipped for the number of people (even 2 ovens). The bedrooms are nothing special, but you don't usually spend much time there anyway. An earlier check-in would have been good for us. You already pay for the day, but the accommodation is only available from late afternoon (this was already known at the time of booking). You just have to decide if that's okay for you). The communication with the host (who lives next door) was very straightforward and fast! He even helped us with baking paper and got us a parasol on request - thank you again for that! :) In front of the house were 2 mountains with stones or earth, probably from the pool construction, we did not find this disturbing. The pool is now finished (nicer than in the pictures). The host said that further renovations/additions are planned (e.g. outdoor shower and much more) We would definitely come again! :)

Florent and Geneviève are exceptional hosts, in addition to being welcoming and warm they were very responsive and caring, we loved chatting with them 🥰 The house is even more beautiful than the photos The place was magical in the middle of nature, a breathtaking view (you can admire the deer in the morning😍) Europa Park and Rulantica are 50 minutes' drive away It's so relaxing to find this haven of peace after a busy day at Europa Park In short, it was an excellent stay ❤️

We came for a wedding at my farm in Argentin. We took the opportunity to visit the region. The accommodation is clean. There is a beautiful, very practical kitchen. The volume of the living room is very pleasant. the big positive point is the exterior with a swimming pool and the Liepvrette that passes underneath. We took advantage of the local shops: pharmacy, carrefour and hairdresser (les ciseaux d'argent). The proximity is perfect for visiting the Haut Koenigsburg and the villages of the wine route. Jérôme and Daniel were very nice and available to make our stay in their area as good as possible. Thank you again!

If the opportunity arises, we will return to your accommodation with our little bear. Everything was perfect, better than at the hotel. Large apartment with all the required functions. Animals (small dog) free, very rare.
