The place was as described. The checkin checkout process was clear and without any confusion. The house was clean and all the things were as described. The parking was near lift and also easy to access. The lift is quite busy due to lot of people arriving due to holiday season which is obvious. Overall had a great time.

Elaine’s place is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment! The place is very clean, I bring a kid and a baby and have nothing to worry because even below the bed everything is so spotless. The big window is making everything beautiful, when we came in a day, the view is very mesmerizing, and when we back home at night, the night view also spectacular. There is laundy, pool, small playground, mini mart, and food resto at the apartment. The area also very good, near famous hospitals and the check in was a breeze. Would love to stay here again if I’m back to Penang! Thanks Elaine and Patrick!

Spacious and clean unit conveniently situated near Gurney. There's convenient store and Starbucks at the lobby. There's 2 bathroom and spacious space to sleep to accommodate the number of guests as advertised. The morning view is amazing with sunrise. There's place to dry your clothes at the balcony as well. There's kitchen and equipments sufficient for simple cooking. If you have few luggages, recommend to drop them off at the lobby first before parking your car.

Fast responsive host. Easy to find, quiet environment, had ample amenities to stay for 3 guests. Friendly guards. I felt the check in process is more straight forward, same with the check out process. Will definitely book with him again whenever I come to Butterworth in the future

We had a fantastic stay in this 3-bedroom Airbnb! The spacious living room boasted a lovely view, and the fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus. The location was super convenient, with Gurney Paragon just a 15-minute walk away, and a nearby hawker center for easy dining. One minor drawback was that one bedroom didn't have an outdoor view, but it was still acceptable. The only other thing that could use improvement were the bath towels, which felt a bit worn out. Despite these minor issues, we'd definitely recommend this place for its great location, amenities, and parking lot. We'll definitely come back and stay again!

The sunrise & sunset sea view was breathtaking & superb! Clean & cozy to stay in, total of 8 beds in the unit. Worth for money for a big group travelers. However, there are plenty of furniture, making the unit seems less spacious. Also, the lift of the building is moving slow, unwell air ventilation making us sweating to take the lift.

It was a very nice accommodation. I'd definitely be coming back and staying with Edward if I'm around next time. And it is possible to check out late for additional fee. Unfortunately even though Edward and Jon are very friendly, communication is not proactive. Especially before check in, the very late briefing before arrival is very confusing.
