Holiday rentals with beach access in Georgetown County

This is a wonderful place to stay, convenient to the pier and places to eat and have a drink. Steps away from the beach. Clean with everything you need for a great vacation, including beach chairs and beach towels. Great communication!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!

We had an incredible weekend at this beach house! It was absolutely perfect and exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable. The private pickleball court was such an amazing bonus. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into creating a relaxing and fun environment. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time staying here. We love being able to wake up, walk onto the patio and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great showers. Robert called to make sure we arrived and found our way in. Our 4-year-old granddaughter loved the snack bowl. 😋 We would want to stay here again when in the area.

This place was great. Right across the street from beach access and the restaurants are all walkable. Located in a great residential neighborhood, which was great for morning runs. The golf cart was an added bonus. The front porch was like having another living room and the bedrooms were both large. I have to say the parking was tough because of the tight fit. The pool area was also a little small, but we never left the beach. Overall, a great place in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place. Location was perfect. This place had everything you need! (Extra sheets, towels, TP, paper towels, soap, popsicles, extra coffee filters, etc.) The property was under construction but didn't interfere with our stay at all. It's so nice having quarter deck bar and grill right at the bottom of the building too.

Pelican’s Perch has been a wonderful find for us. We always bring our big fur baby with us and enjoy staying here so much, especially sitting outside on the patio. So peaceful! It is also in a great location close to the beach and many fantastic restaurants. The hosts, Charlotte and Frank, could not be more accommodating and make sure all needs are met. We have stayed here several times and are looking forward to many more!

We had a great time! The place was beautiful and fit all of our needs. Kitchen was great to make meals. Beds were comfy and the showers were great! We all enjoyed the really nice massage chair.

Kim is a wonderful host! She is friendly and responsive. She even dropped off a new Keurig on the same day the other one stopped working! The house is very organized and well stocked with movies and games. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys which was so helpful and appreciated. The golf cart was a great way to get around. We had a great week at Ocean Lakes and this house.

The house was exactly like the pictures. Very suitable for my family of 4 and our dog! Very close to the main attractions in the campground. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

One of my favorite all time stays. Actually views are amazing. Great beach, clean, safe, beautiful. House is new, modern, and very cozy. Restaurants, bars, within a ten minute walk. Just a great, peaceful, quality place. Will definitely return. Thanks Mary. The place is awesome!!

This place is the best area for a private family vacation. Everything is either located in the community or within walking distance. Loved this rental, really debating about coming back!

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to restaurants and the pier! The host was very responsive and accommodating and would highly recommend staying here.

The house was furnished and decorated very nice. The furniture was well made , had a great beach theme and we loved the pictures in each room and all of the little touches he had that made you feel welcome. Location was outstanding. The beach was directly across the street . We enjoyed the screened in porch with the rocking chairs. We loved sitting and watching the water from the front porch. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked and wifi was good also.

Junius’s house was great! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year!

This beach house was absolutely stunning. Big rooms, beautiful kitchen, and private pool. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

We certainly enjoyed our stay! The location was great for us and easily accessible. The condo was perfection! Had everything we needed and was spotless! The owner was very sweet and responded quickly. I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay and would definitely recommend. We hope to be back soon!

Very happy with our stay here! Beach is such an easy walk with access directly across the street. Pretty sunset views over marina. The restaurant at the marina next door is also very tasty! The beach was lovely and quiet during our stay. The condo is decorated well and has a nice layout. Our family of 5 was comfortable throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and our favorite out of all the condos we have stayed at the resort! I asked if we were able to check in a bit early because we would be arriving early with our kids and that wasn't a problem! We appreciated that so much so we didn't have to wait around with our 3 children. I had to reach out to the host one time and she was very quick with her response and also apologetic even though that wasn't necessary! :-) The beach chairs and toys were an awesome plus for our kiddos. Overall, it was a great place for our much needed family vacation. We will be back! Thanks so much Penny & Tim. <3

The Wave is an adorable condo centrally located to restaurants etc in Surfside beach, making it very walkable to everything. Literally steps from beach! Perfect for couple and room for additional people if necesssary via pull out couch. Unit was clean, beds comfortable and shower pressure great! Host extremely responsive, helpful and organized, a pleasure to interact with. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Overall a great stay!! The place looked just like the pictures. Location was also fantastic!! So close to the beach. The condo is in a gated area which was so nice & made us feel so safe. Amber was SO ACCOMMODATING and even let us check in early because the cleaning crew finished early.

We booked this property to enjoy a few days at the beach. We loved having both inlet and beach access and being next door to Marlin Quay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Although we had to sit through a week of hurricane weather, we still managed to enjoy our stay. Condo was perfect set up for family and furnished/decorated very well. Location was great, could be at multiple stores and restaurants in minutes. Resort was nice and well maintained, would recommend for families with small kids especially.

We absolutely loved staying at this homey spot for the weekend!! We felt right at home and cozy! The ocean waves right outside your living room door is amazing along with the private resort amenities and access. Our hosts were very responsive and helped us with our questions.
