Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Lovely home in exclusive area near beach

The house is modern and cosy at the same time, situated on a street of quaint country-like houses, close proximity to Bellevue Beach, the Deer Park and still just a 10 mins train ride from downtown Copenhagen. The master bedroom - with a Swedish luxury bed - opens onto the garden. Our son - a former Noma chef - has appointed the kitchen for cooking great meals. There is an outdoor shower that has hot water all year. The house is great for sharing with an upstairs bedroom.

Cozy family villa with many amenities

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located residence. In the green area north of Copenhagen, you have both forest, beach, and city close by. In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden. The rooms are spread over two levels, and there is plenty of space for everyone. We live in a quiet area, but with the train, you can reach Copenhagen city in 15 minutes. Please see our guidebook.

Børne/unge afdeling på 1 sal med adgang til egen terrasse og eget toilet/brus. stor stue med køkken og spiseplads til min. 8 Pers. I kælder er der forældreafdeling med stort badeværelse og gæstetoilet. Boligen ligger kun 500 meters gang fra nærmeste togstation, 5 km. fra nærmeste strand og 9 km. fra København centrum.

Ny istandsat hus tæt på Centrum af København

Dejligt nyrenoveret hus tæt på centrum, metro station og kun to km til stranden. Huset har fire soveværelser og to badeværelser. Alt er nyt og højt niveau af orden og renlighed. Vi rejser selv en hel del, og ved hvad der kræves af en god vært. :-) Bonus: Pool er ca 3,2 x 7,5 meter. Kemikalierne er i orden, men der er ingen poolboy så evt. blade og insekter skal gæster selv fjerne:-)
