You'll love my apartment because it's very conveniently located in the heart of the Guemes shopping center, Aldrey Shopping, breweries, bars, and restaurants on Olavarria Street. It is very bright, has a terraced balcony from where you can watch the sunset, have breakfast, dinner or just relax. It's a very quiet street, but there are bus stops and all kinds of shops nearby. I put a lot of dedication into it to make you feel comfortable and welcome 💖
