Everything is great. The apartment and its view are beautiful, in Silvia I did not know her but the co-host Lucila is a genius, she is always attentive, she responds quickly and recommends good places to eat or visit. The apartment was impeccable and very equipped, 10 points we hope to return❤️

The lodging is beautiful. A super new and modern building. We used the gym with my girlfriend, which had a magnificent view. We were always alone at the gym, which was very comfortable for us. The depto is super safe, with several security keys to access the property. It had a carport included with electronic gates. As for the accommodation itself, everything was impeccable, it did not lack anything, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. A very spacious and comfortable bathroom. And the Room was also super spacious and nice. The sommier and mattress were king size, muuuy comfortable. Both the living room and the room had air conditioning. In reference to Gonzalo, he was super attentive and quick in the few inquiries we made during the course of the stay. We hope to come back soon, it was a more than satisfying experience! I super recommend if they come to Mar del Plata and want a quiet place with a beautiful view

Baltasar is a great host. Super attentive to requests or orders. The apartment is super good located! Nice to see! It has 24-hour security, very useful! It's large, comfortable, and very bright. He has amenities very piolas! Tennis, Gym, Pool, Sauna and Massage Room. Covered garage as well Very well equipped. Very good heating.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, as shown in the pictures. It has an incredible view and is in a downtown area with a possibility to move on foot everywhere. Also nearby there are pantries, washing machine, bars, restaurants, etc. Highlight is the 24-hour security of the building with a doorman who is attentive to the entrances of each. Very comfortable for 5 people, except for the armchair-bed in the living room but Mariano and Renata were attentive to our restlessness and reached us an extra mattress. I recommend the apartment, we had a great stay of a week!

A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

The apartment is beautiful with everything you need to spend a great vacation, has spectacular views from anywhere, 24-hour security and the heated pool is beautiful. Great location, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Below you have a warehouse that has everything and at a good price. Carlos is a good anfitreon, he responds quickly and gives you recommendations for places to visit. We would definitely come back.

The house is dreamy. Super big and comfortable. He was just super helpful and was always available to answer any concerns. More than recommended to stay there. Of all the houses I saw for 10 people, this was definitely the best.
