The house is located in a neighborhood within the Pinamar district called "Ostende" just three blocks from the best beaches on the coast. Why do I say the best? Because just three blocks away (following the one where the house is located) you will find the dune reserve (sand dunes) that Ostende has, this makes the beach super wide and with an excellent view from the top. It is also ideal for sandboarding🏂
