The apartment has three bedrooms, one of them with a bed of 150 cms, the second bedroom with two single beds of 90 cms and the third with a 250cms bed and another of 205cms. Bedroom 3 will open when booking is more than 4 people. Bedroom 3 will only be enabled when the reservation is more than 4 people. If you want to use it and they are fewer people has a surcharge of €20/night. All bedrooms feature hot/cold air conditioning. It has two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have independent exit to the quiet and relaxed terrace. The necessary rooms will be enabled according to the number of guests. For reservations of 4 or fewer guests, only two bedrooms, the 1st and 2nd will be available. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, microwave, Nespresso, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Hair dryer in bathroom. Crib and bath available if requested. View to the cornice of the aljarafe, being usual to see two pairs of eagles causeways. No areas are shared. The entire apartment is available to our guests. Visits are not allowed.
