An electric heater is used in the house during the winter. The garden is spacious for children and suitable for placing vehicles. It is close to the beaches. I spray my house regularly. The sitting area, i.e. the front part of the house, is surrounded by fly screens and is protected as a comfortable area for breakfast, dining and resting. A portable tower fan is used in the house.

The flat is in middle of the city center. 1 minute by walking to sea side, bar street and all the shops in city center. You can get what you need in minutes here. Terrace and sea view from the terrace. There is one bedroom upstairs and one big couch in living room. Couch is also comfortable for 2 people to sleep.
