Holiday rentals with a patio in Gebze

Absolutely loved staying at Yunus’s place. He was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself is beautiful and ideal for anyone who prefers a calm, peaceful area that’s still well connected to the city. It only took us around 40 minutes to get to the historic peninsula ("Tarihi Yarımada") and just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The flat is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again, Yunus, for the warm welcome and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

Nihal is a wonderful host and her home is lovely. Just like in the photos. All rooms are clean, kitchen and bathrooms well-equipped. There is even a nice back patio. The street was quiet enough at all times. Perhaps, morning vehicles and around dinner time are the most noisy but it was still acceptable. Our family loved chilling in the hall together. Check-in was fuss free. My family of 4 (2 kids — 3 & 9) we found it accessible enough to get to Uskudar pier where all the major ferry lines are. It gave us the chance to hv a truly immersive experience while staying in Istanbul. Glad to have chosen your home!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in guter Lage zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants und weitere Läden innerhalb von 5min erreichbar. Keinerlei Probleme mit Parkplätzen oder örtlichen Verbindungen. Zimmer sind 1:1 wie auf den Bildern zu sehen vor Ort. Wir konnten einen morgen vom Balkon sogar Delfine beobachten ! Eine absolute Empfehlung für den Aufenthalt in Istanbul. War eine wunderschöne Zeit dank dieser tollen Location.

It was one of the most beautiful vacations we had. Mrs. Ebru was very attentive and smiling. The catering was very thoughtful. Our little son had a lot of fun because of the convenient neighborhood in the garden. Everything was thought out, there was nothing missing. We were very comfortable and it is an ideal place for families coming with a caregiver. Now we always stop here, we accept it as our home. Good luck to Ms. Ebru in her work and cooperation with such people makes me very happy.

Orhun war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage, um von dort aus, Istanbul zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Meze-Läden und Bars um die Ecke. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed here for a little over a week. The landscape is gorgeous, peaceful and serene. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, especially the living room and dining room. The beds are big and comfortable, and the heating and cooling works great. Zafer was a great host and answered any questions I had, and worked hard to fix any issues. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area, too. Thank you Zafer!

konaklamamız güzel geçti. evin konumu çok iyi yerdeydi bir çok yere kolay ulaşım sağladık. ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Barış bey bizimle ilgilendi ve çok sıcak kanlıydı. İstanbul seyehatlerimizde kesinlikle başka bir yere bakmadan müsait ise tekrar tekrar burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

Ayşe hanım güzler yüzü ve samimiyetiyle bizi karşıladı. Konum bilgisi sayesinde rahatça evi bulduk. Yavru kedileri çok tatlıydı. Onların sayesinde ne yılan, ne böcek, ne başka bir şeyle karşılaşmadık. Stresimizi aldılar resmen, oğlum Anıl için bulunmaz bir fırsat oldu. Evde her şey düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. Sakin ve kafa dinlemelik bir ev olmasına rağmen konforunuzdan ödün vermiyorsunuz! Mutfak gereçleri, bulaşık deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. Daha önce de farklı evlerde konakladık ama bu kadar düzenli ve temiz bir yerde kalmadık diyebilirim. Evde bilgi notlarına kadar ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı. Tek eksik, montlarımızı asacak bir askılık bulamayışımız oldu. Bahçe, mangal, veranda, keyfimiz güzeldi, üstelik ev daima sıcacıktı. Yeniden gelmek isteriz. Aracınızı da güvenle park edebileceğiniz bariyerli bir park alanı da mevcut! Kuş sesleriyle ve mis gibi çiçek kokularıyla uyandık, temiz havada uyuduk rahat yataklarda! Havuzu kullanma amacımız olmadığı için ısıtmayı istemedik.

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

2 günlük konaklamamızdan ben ve arkadaşlarım çok memnun kaldık. Evin konumu Tarabya sahil’e 2 dk her şey elinizin altında. Ev boyut olarak küçük ama 4 kişi için gayet işlevsel, koltuk ve yatağın boyutu ideal, bahçesine bayıldık. Ulaşım her yere çok kolay. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

This home was so warm and welcoming, from the bright colors to the spacious rooms. It also has a nice luxurious touch with the spacious balcony and the neat appliances. It's located in the perfect spot with so many amazing restaurants and parks within walking distance. There is so much to see, from just the balcony alone you get a good view of Istanbul and the Bosphurus. The home was so nice, very clean with a modern touch. The wifi was also great and so was the huge TV, for fun movie nights. The bathrooms were also amazing with lots of clean towels provided, and the amazing water pressure in the shower left us squeaky clean! We poved this stay!

Nous avons été bien reçu. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro. les restaurants sont situés dans les rues parallèle à l immeuble. On ne le sait pas le premier jour. Salle de sport piscine intérieur et extérieur. personnrl de l immeuble très sociable et agréable. Bonne réactivité de notre hote.

Идеально чистые апартаменты, эстетично оформлены, кухня для приготовления пищи, вместительный холодильник, красивый вид из окна, рядом супермаркет, удобная пешеходная дорожка до метро Göztepe.

Bin voll zufrieden . Bis auf den Garten wir durften nicht mal am garten Rauchen .Und die Treppen sind so hoch .Bin selber krank .musste ständig hoch runterlaufen .Und die haben trotzdem stress gemacht .Das wir die wohnung verlassen .

Metrobüs ve metroya yürüme mesafesinde 1-2 kişi için gayet uygun bir daire. İlk kat mini avm, süpermarket ve muhtelif restoranlar mevcut. Hatta daireye aşağıdaki cafeden kahve dahi söylenebiliyor. Otoparkın kullanımına izin verilmesi güzeldi. Ev sahibi sorulara hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Anadolu yakasında merkezi bir lokasyonda kalmayı tercih edenlere tavsiye ederim.
