Since our apartment is located in the center of Kadıköy, it is within walking distance to all public transportation. I recommend that you make a reservation knowing that it is a 35-40 year old building and that there may be noise from the bars around and below it.

Our apartment, which has a closed balcony and plenty of plants, is spacious for a 1+1 structure. No smoking in the house. You can smoke on the balcony with the balcony windows open, making sure the doors are closed. Metrobus and Marmaray are 8-9 minutes on foot from the house.
