Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gazcue

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in a vibrant, authentic neighborhood. The apartment is located by a small park/basketball court, which brings a lively local vibe – music, youth playing, even the occasional joint. We found it charming, but if you’re sensitive to noise or uneasy around crowds, take note. The host arranged a smooth airport transfer and left a large bottle of water for us, very thoughtful since tap water isn’t drinkable. The apartment is well-equipped, with comfy beds, a nice kitchen, and a small refreshing pool/jacuzzi. It’s also just a short walk to bars and the old town. Only downside was the upstairs shower’s very low water pressure – we used the downstairs one instead. Internet briefly went out (provider issue), but the host responded quickly and offered a workaround. Overall: cozy, local, and convenient. Would stay again!

My family and I had a great experience. It was a nice clean place to stay extremely close to everything the city has to offer. The building was nice and secure and we felt safe with our kids. It also had a beautiful view from the apartment and the host was responsive do anything we needed. I recommend it to all that want to stay somewhere close to all the amenities of the city.

Wonderful hosts! I had a great stay. I had everything I needed. Place is small but perfect for one or a couple. The terrace was nice to use at night. There s hot water but comes at different times. I didn't ask because I was okay with the room temperature shower. Definitely will rent again.

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy

We had a very pleasant stay at Jorien's Airbnb. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected and walked in to a clean and welcoming apartment. The AC works amazing, the amenities were great, and the host was responsive. There was security at all hours of the night and gated entries to the small community. Highly recommend.

Excellent place, clean, quiet and cozy

A gorgeous apartment in a very nice luxury building. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. A bottle of sparkling wine and champagne flutes was left waiting for my arrival, and the apartment was very luxurious. A small toiletries set was left for my use in the bathroom. Truly a fantastic experience, the only improvement I could recommend would be to leave a binder with local recommendations for activities, restaurants, and bars.

Apartment suitably located in area central to lots of amenities. The apartment building has a very good gym and swimming pool which met my needs. The apartment is clean and cosy also nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

The unit is in a quaint villa tropical-like luxury complex. The character and the vibe is incredible. The space was very nice and super high quality. I’ve stayed in zona colonial many times and this apartment was the best so far.
