We are perfectly situated on a beautiful small holding of 4 acres with full security (boomed off area, electric fencing and alarms), beautiful garden, with an array of resident birds & geese. The unit is very quiet, private, with secure parking space & has been recently renovated with a modern yet warm feel. You have access to a lot of garden space on the property for short a walk. We supply free cleaning every 2nd week for long stays 2 weeks +, uninterrupted wifi fibre, Netflix & YouTube.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. The cottage is 1 of 2, tucked away on a professional run business in the heart of Linden & only a 5 min walk away from the huge selection of popular boutique shops, cafe's & restaurants on and around 7th street & 4th avenue. Uber drivers are readily available at all times to transport you to and from the Gautrain station in Rosebank; just 10 minutes away. Our cottage is ideal for singles, couples, business travelers, and even a small family looking for a short or long stay over.

No load shedding and backup water. Welcome to my home in the leafy suburb of Hurlingham. We are central to Sandton CBD (3km) as well as Hyde Park, Rosebank and Bryanston. The Gautrain station is 8 mins away and it takes 12 minutes to the airport . The suite is located on the first floor with a separate entrance and secure undercover parking. Fast internet and lovely garden and pool views. We use solar power so not affected by load shedding. Kitchenette only, no stove/oven.

A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.
