Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Gauja

Beautiful place, and so relaxing. Ginta was so helpful and welcoming. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and lots of opportunity for day trips into Cesis and for hiking.

The Latvians have a saying - don't look the husband out of a hat. It's the story of John's house that looks simple from the outside and getting inside into a fairy tale. A great place to relax, sleep and spend time with family or friends.

Nice and cozy and spacious house in a quiet and peaceful place. Everything you needed was in the house. Sauna and ice pit also nice in winter. The house met our expectations and I bet we'll definitely be back !

The accommodation was beautiful and super clean and well equipped. The location was also super nice and you really had everything to be happy. In addition, the communication was super fast and good and uncomplicated. They responded directly to our wishes and reacted flexibly. We had a very nice time.

We had a lovely time with a family of 5 in Rihards farmhouse that has been beautifully renovated with lots of personal touches. We enjoyed the hottub and the private - but cold!- little lake in the backyard. It's the perfect spot in the middle of Latvia's beautiful nature for people who want some time away from the city. At the same time Cesis, with its shops and restaurants, is closeby.

Very beautiful place surrounded by forest by the lake! The cottage and sauna are beautifully decorated, everything was very clean and cozy. Relaxed with young children, there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The deck of the cabin has a beautiful view of the lake, we also used the boat to drive through it. Very responsive host, easy communication! :) Thanks for hosting, we will definitely be back! :)

Beautiful, clean accommodation well located in Gauja National Park. Everything you needed was there. We would come back.

Our stay was amazing! My wife and daughter did not want to leave with the easy access to the beach through a small walk through the forest it was the perfect location for our family get away. Linda was amazing! Gave helpful advice on things to do and even put together a treasure hunt for our daughter in the first day!

Loved the surroundings and the peace. Decoration of the place was cozy. Warm and friendly host, lovely pets, felt right at home. Morning sunrise was amazing and in the kitchen there was very tasty herbal tea. Found good dinner from Ogre. Coming with car, there were fuel stations just near the location. Would be happy to stay again!

All over good place, good location, good for families

An amazing place for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed my time here! The host Rita was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Good location - all sights, restaurants, children's playground nearby.

It was the second time for me to stay here. This time was as nice as before. Easy access to the festival area. Very friendly hospitality.

Perfect forest getaway

We spent the weekend at this house for the second time! Everything is outstanding and we already knew! I can add what I especially notice here, little things that may also not be there to be exceptional! But there is.... a well-known brand of quality showers, hair washes, matched color towels, according to the interior, even the exterior, door fixers, all the way to the hinges of the cupboards, the dishwasher and it can go on and on.... Not everything is thought of, but thought hard more! Very tasteful!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The cabin is private, cozy, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Loved the hot tub and the option to grill some meat outside — charcoal was kindly provided. Inside, you can fire up the wood stove for an extra warmth. There’s no Wi-Fi available, although honestly, we barely needed it. Great value for the money too, recommend!
