Hotel holiday rentals in Gatlinburg

Our stay was great. Everything my family and I had planned out was on the strip, so the location of the hotel was super convenient. Also, being able to overlook the river from the balcony was also very soothing. The host was responsive and helpful regarding our parking situation as we had more than one vehicle. Overall, The pricing was great for the location and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation spot for Ohioans on a school fall break; outdoor pools are heated and the resort is close to attractions (fun new mountain rollercoaster) and yummy restaurants. Only 1 hr from Clingmans Dome! Hosts had excellent communication

We are senior citizens and enjoyed the creek sounds. There was a racetrack in front of the hotel, but I have to say, it really didn't bother us. We walked everywhere we went. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at Reagens Pancake House. We also had dinner at the Old Mill, and the next day lunch at Golden Corral. We walked to both. No problem. We would stay here again.

The room was great. It was comfortable and clean and had great water pressure. The in room jacuzzi was nice after a long day of hiking. I also enjoyed to elevator, so carrying stuff to and from the room was a breeze. It did have a bit of loud music from the business across the street, but was quiet after 10pm.

Space was as described in & looked like the photos. Easy to find and lots to do surrounding. Seen a bear our first night there from our door way. Would stay here again. It was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was in working order, you couldn't hear neighbors in rooms next to you, great location, pet friendly, easy and friendly check in (we had 2 vehicles and they only have a parking pass for 1 per room but they accommodated no problem), clean rooms and beds, shower was fantastic and they had bath and body works shampoos and conditioners and body wash, free breakfast, room service, plenty of towels and rags and fireplace in the bedroom. Everything was great and we will defiantly be using this hotel again! Thank you!

Alexander did a great job at responding to any questions we had. We unexpectedly were able to arrive early and he and the facility accommodated an early check-in for us. We had rented a single space and Alexander actually upgraded us to adjoining apartments. So the space was much larger. Would definitely recommend renting from Alexander! I know when we go back, we definitely will be using him again.

Beautiful place the flower bushes and the tree smelled so beautiful! The place was nice, has many pillows and blankets! We would definitely stay again! The bath tub was very relaxing!

This is a great place!! Close to indoor water park and overlooks the outdoor water park during summer hours you could watch your kids play from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here.
