Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a jacuzzi with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is lakefront and has 3 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from.

Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The home boasts professionally designed spaces inside and out, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Across the lake is the undisturbed shoreline of Latta Plantation, including miles of hiking trails.
