This exquisite country cottage is a romantic, cosy and comfortable place to spend quality time as a couple or as a small family or group. Every effort has been taken to make it special: Hypnos beds, luxury linens, wood burner, cosy throws, toiletries, 2 Smart TVs, outdoor dining. The location is perfect; peaceful countryside but only 18 minutes from Bath with a bus at the end of the road. Take stunning walks from the doorstep, walk to the local pub or visit many NT properties and Cotswold towns.

Jeannie's Cottage
Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept
The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

This newly converted listed building is a beautiful large space, filled with air and light, and gently warmed by under floor heating. It has secure off-street parking, fast WiFi and its own work area. Only a 5 min walk to the historic town centre and 10 mins by train to the World Heritage City of Bath. Just a few steps from the K&A canal, river Avon, medieval tithe barn, atmospheric traditional pubs, quaint cafes and great restaurants. A comfortable base with so much to see and do.

This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

The Bath Room is a unique & stylish annexe attached to the old Victorian Station Master's house. This self-contained garden studio apartment has a separate entrance, private courtyard garden with its own outdoor Bath. Located in Corsham just a short walk away from the historic high street. The garden studio provides guests with a superking bed, kitchenette, luxury shower room with twin basins and a working cast iron bath in the courtyard garden.

No personal laundry facilities are available.
