Great stay. Very well equipped. Surpassed expectations

I cannot say enough about how wonderful that this seaside cottage is. With the close proximity to the shoreline comes relaxing wave action sounds that lull you to sleep followed by incredible sunrises over the water each morning. The cottage is meticulously maintained and has an abundance of amenities including a very well equipped coffee bar. The beds and bedding are exceptionally comfortable. The owners are super nice and very helpful. I love this place and I hope to return.

We just had a quick stay but loved it! Cute, clean cottage. Loved the location and the hammocks set up, fire pit was great. Beautiful riverside spot.

Très bel endroit. Nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour. Petit chalet confortable. L’endroit où est situé le chalet est à couper le souffle. J’y retournerais n’importe quand!

Ce logement est exactement comme la description. Malheureusement la mauvaise température ne nous a pas permis de profiter des deux points forts du logement, soit la plage privé à quelques minutes de marche et la véranda.

Great cottage with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Great instructions for getting to cottage (big sign for Shelia’s Cottage). Very friendly and responsive host. Great location close to North Cape which provides great views of the sunset. The cottage has a fantastic view for the morning sunrise. A great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting.

Spent a week at Myke’s place in mid-August. The home was clean and big enough to comfortably fit a family of 6-8. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The indoor pool was amazing! Our kids loved it. Myke was a good host. He was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. 100% would recommend!

Awesome couple nights at this little mini paradise! The pool Was super inviting and warm, the little Cabin is adorable well kept, clean washroom especially with jr being outside, they’re normally not that clean but this one was and the outdoor shower was the icing on the cake! The sprinkles on the cake though.. those came when we got the little warm buns with jam on our second night. Such a nice gesture! A great little Spot, lots to do, cozy and close enough To everything you might need. 5 stars all around.

Merveilleux et tranquille petit camping! À notre arrivée, nous ne savions pas trop à quoi nous attendre lorsqu’on nous a pointé un bâtiment qui ressemblait à un cabanon pour notre séjour, mais finalement c’était très confortable et intime! Les salles de bains qui sont dans un bloc sanitaire plus loin sont très très bien entretenues. Bref, nous recommandons l’emplacement et d’apporter du chasse moustique ;)

Wonderful property in Miramichi, absolutely worth it

Une maison magnifique avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Elle était incroyablement bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et même plus. Très chaleureuse et confortable, dans un emplacement idéal près de Percé. Pascale et Mathieu ont été très gentils et ont répondu à nos messages très rapidement ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Notre début de séjour a été plutôt laborieux puisque dès notre arrivé nous n'avions pas accès au réfrigérateur, au four et à l'eau chaude. Ce qui est décevant, c'est que nous avons passé notre première soirée à tenter de trouver le problème puisque Marie-Claude nous assurait que le propane venait tout juste d'être rempli. Nous avons appris le lendemain matin que le propane était vide et à ce moment j'ai partagé mon mécontentement et mon impatience à Marie-Claude. À partir de cet instant, Marie-Claude a fait tous les efforts nécessaires afin de s'assurer que nous puissions obtenir du propane le plus rapidement possible et elle s'est déplacé sur place pour s'assurer que tout fonctionnait bien. Bref, malgré le problème et mon impatience Marie-Claude a démontré qu'elle est une hôte qui se soucie du bien être de ses invités. C'est un endroit tranquille avec un magnifique accès au bord de l'eau qui nous permet de déconnecter et d'en profiter avec nos chiens. Merci pour ces vacances :)

We had an an wonderful stay at Genevieve's Waterfront Home! The house and property are beautiful and so well thought out! We were a group of 6 adults, a toddler and a baby and had everything we needed and more! Genevieve was so kind and answered all the questions we had ahead of time, and while we were there. Which making packing so much easier for us. This is an amazing spot to stay as a family with children. Thankyou so much Genevieve for making our trip so great!

We found Nicola’s place to be a perfect location from which to start each day whether we wanted to go in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction for our travels on and around the Cabot trail. The house itself was very clean, well-maintained, and on a lovely lakeside parcel. A family of otters enjoyed breakfast at the same time we did one morning. Fishing season was closed for us, but not for them. All three of them dined and heartily!

Overall, we had a great stay at this rustic house with a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River, and the location was perfect for our group of 8. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the tranquility of the area most of the time. Unfortunately, one week night, the hostel located was 2 doors down had a very loud party that went on past 3 a.m., which did make it hard to sleep. Additionally, communication with the host was minimal - we were lucky to have left a day early, as we found out the key drop-off location was going to be closed on the day we were supposed to check out. Despite these two minor details, the property itself was lovely, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. The house was extremely spacious and the view was amazing. Andrea was an awesome host making sure we had everything we needed and communicating with me regularly to make sure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the Bathurst region.
