The apartment is great, great structure, super functional, comfortable, super beautiful and well planned. There was a small problem with air conditioning, but it didn't get in the way and Fabrício was super attentive. We walked to see the Octoberfest parade, as it is close to XV de Novembro Street. It's the second time we've stayed and we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

Simply wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, super well decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything we need. The location is perfect – literally on the beach! Waking up to the sound of the sea and having the beach just a few steps away was an unforgettable experience. The condominium is also spectacular: very well maintained, safe and with an incredible leisure structure. The pools are a highlight in themselves - clean, spacious and perfect for both relaxing and having fun with the family. In addition, there are several leisure options in the condominium itself, which made all the difference on cold days... Another very positive point was Tassiana's service, which was great from start to finish. Always attentive, she answered all our questions quickly and helped us with everything we needed during the stay. This made all the difference in making us feel welcome. It was an excellent stay! Although some days were cold, we managed to enjoy a lot!

We decided to spend our honeymoon in Blumenau, and choosing the loft was perfect. We were able to enjoy moments alone, such as cooking together, having a barbecue, drinking wine while watching a movie. And we also enjoyed the best of the city because it is so close to the tourist spots, especially Vila Germânica. The condominium also offers several excellent amenities and is very quiet overall.
