Exceptional nearby beach with the possibility of fishing for bass directly from the property at high tide. Available by phone all day, lives nearby. Chiasson-Office Beach, Miscou Lighthouse, and the Marine Aquarium Centre in the Acadian Peninsula are very attractive with their numerous beaches, restaurants, and places to relax :). This centennial home is a short walk to multiple beaches, and less than a two hour drive to either end of the coast. Gaspe (1 hour and 45 minutes), Perce (1 hour), Paspebiac (15 minutes), Bonaventure (30 minutes), New Richmond (50 minutes), Carleton (1 hour and 15 minutes), and Campbellton, New Brunswick (1 hour 50 minutes).

Mylène Henry is a Gaspé painter and illustrator who has transformed a simple cabin into a charming mini house that seems to be coming out of a fairy tale. Come and stay in a place with a grandiose panorama housed in a landmark of a sailor who seems to hide his most beautiful treasures. The chalet is perfect for a couple, a family of 2 parents and 2 children or 2 friends. I do not recommend the cottage for families of more than 4 people and people with reduced mobility.

This new home has Chaleur Bay and the beach at it’s doorstep. The zen loft on the second floor has a large patio with 180 degree panoramic views of the Bay, beach and surrounding area. This place is perfect for drifting away on a lounge chair, with the sun and salt water smells and sounds, watching spectacular sunrises and sunsets or curling up with a book from the owner’s personal library, a coffee or wine in hand. A mini studio ideal for 2 adults + (and 1 child possible.)
