We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

The Kinza space is wonderful! The house is amazing, it's even bigger than it looks in the photos. The space is wonderful, super clean, everything super organized and comfortable! The edge of the lagoon is everything! The dogs are also beautiful! Everything is beautiful, we will definitely return.

Débora and caring family members, a very well located place, 200m from the beach (I didn't even use the car), walking to the center of Pinheira, safe, everything working perfectly. When I go to Guarda again, I'll definitely stay there.

The stay was super pleasant, the atmosphere cozy, the cottage was impeccable! Just a recommendation to use the jacuzzi on cold days is to turn it on a little before, as it takes a while to warm up. The view is amazing, a great place to relax.

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

We spent a wonderful week, the house is very comfortable and cozy, I took my dog and it was super quiet, big patio and very safe. The location is also great, close to everything and in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. André has always been super attentive and helpful, we will definitely be back!! I highly recommend it.

We spent incredible days in Garopaba and the house was undoubtedly one of the great highlights of the trip! We went with family, with our dogs, and everything went super well. The house is wonderful – spacious, comfortable and very well looked after. You can see that everything was thought through with affection. The location is excellent: close to the center of Garopaba (great to do that in the late afternoon) and super accessible for those who enjoy the beach and surf. In a few minutes we had our foot in the sand. Levar the dogs was also super quiet, the space is great for them to feel at ease. We already miss it and we will definitely want to go back. We highly recommend it!

All perfect! I felt comfortable. Large, airy, enlightened house. All well organized. Excellent location, despite being far from downtown, by car goes to all beaches very quickly.

This is a beautiful property! Daniel and Flavia have thought of everything you might need for the perfect get-away. Also, Daniel is so nice to make personal recommendations on what to do while there based on the weather. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. One of the most incredible places to stay in Praia do Rosa, I recommend it with my eyes closed… an environment with the best energy, I felt truly at home. Everything smells nice, clean, not to mention the space around it with this incredible vibe, a familiar and perfect environment!

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!

Alma do Mar is a great home to stay in Rosa. The location is perfect, super comfortable to go to the beach or the center. The house is spotless, and every day Angelic goes to do a cleaning service and prepare breakfast, which adds up to be comfortable. The attention of Matias, Pame, Angelic, everyone, was a 10. Super friendly, they are available for whatever you may need. I would come back many more times. Thank you for everything!
